great location but minor comfort issues
The location is fantastic, just a few steps from the main square! The room was exceptionally clean, providing a sense of comfort. The building’s historic charm is impressive, perfectly maintained and inviting.
The mattress, while softer, didn’t provide the firm support I prefer.

The location is unbeatable, right in Piazza Grande. I loved the historic charm of the building, and the Deluxe Junior Suite was spacious with garden furniture for relaxing. The staff allowed us to store our bikes safely, which was a huge plus. However, the noise from the bells ringing throughout the night was disruptive. not ideal for anyone sensitive to sound. Also, while the website claims free parking, we faced challenges finding reliable parking for our car. Overall, I appreciated the ambiance, but some improvements in service communication would enhance the experience.

Perfectly Located in Historic Arezzo
The best part of my stay was the amazing location right off Piazza Grande—so convenient! The room was a bit rustic but had all the essentials, like a kitchenette and a large bathroom with a jacuzzi. Just be prepared for the steep stairs, as there’s no lift, and the noise from the bustling street can be a bit much, especially late at night.
